Chargers Waive/Injured LB Mike Moore, Sign LB Kyle Coleman

The Los Angeles Chargers announced Tuesday that theyโ€™ve waived LB Mike Moore with an injury designation and signed LB Kyle Coleman to a contract.

Should Moore pass through waivers unclaimed, he would revert to the teamโ€™s injured reserve list on Wednesday.

Moore, 24, wound up signing on with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Kansas State back in May. Heโ€™s currently in the first year of his three-year, $1.66 million contract and stands to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the next two years.

During his college career at KSU, Moore recorded 140 tackles, 11.5 tackles for a loss, 5.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, three recoveries and two pass defenses over the course of 28 games.
