The Kansas City Chiefs officially placed FB John David Moore on injured reserve after he passed through waivers unclaimed on Friday.
Moore, 23, wound up signing a three-year, $1,710,000 contract with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent out of LSU following this year’s draft. Kansas City waived Moore with an injury designation.
During his college career at LSU, Moore caught 19 passes for 128 yards receiving and two touchdowns to go along with eight rushes for 18 yards over the course of 12 games.
