Free Agent CB Perrish Cox Has Interest From Ravens, Browns, Redskins, & Titans Interested

Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that the Ravens are also pursuing free agent CB Perrish Cox

The news just broke that Baltimore has reached an agreement with former Texans S Kendrick Lewis on a three-year deal, so it appears as though they prepared to get more active in free agency.

Free agent CB Perrish Cox tells Josina Anderson that he’s still weighing his options after visiting with a few teams last week.

  • According to Anderson, the Browns, Redskins, and Titans are all in play for Cox at this point in time.
  • Anderson adds that Cox is considering whether to take more visits with prospective teams.

The top-tier cornerback options are now of the board, which leaves Cox as one of the best available options. At this point in free agency, it’s possible Cox could come at a reasonable price now that we’re in the second wave of free agency.

Last year, Cox appeared in 15 games and recorded 53 tackles, five interceptions, two fumble recoveries and 18 pass defenses for the 49ers.

We have Cox listed as the No. 84 player in our Top 100 Free Agents list.
