Jaguars DE Andre Branch On The Trading Block Again?

According to Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times Union, Jaguars DE Andre Branch could find himself on the trading block for the second time in as many seasons now that they have added some veteran talent at defensive end in recent days.

Last year, the Jaguars reportedly fielded offers for Branch during the preseason, but it appears as though interest was limited in the former second-round pick.

Branch, 24, showed a better work ethic last year, which led to a six- sack season — five of them in the final eight games of the season — and could tempt a few teams to part ways with a draft pick in return for him.

The Jaguars recently re-signed Jason Babin while also adding former Seahawks Chris Clemons and Red Bryant to their defensive line, so it would be tough for Branch to see much playing time as things stand right now.
