Bears
According to Joel Corry of CBS Sports, Broncos DT Terrance Knighton and/or S Rahim Moore could make sense for the Bears now that they’ve hired John Fox as their new head coach.
Chicago also brought in Vic Fangio to run their defense who has ties to 49ers free agent OLB Ahmad Brooks and CBs Perrish Cox, Chris Culliver, and Tarell Brown.
- Thayer Evans reports that former Bears DC Mel Tucker has accepted a position as the secondary coach at Alabama.
Bills
- Joel Corry of CBS Sports suggests ILB David Harris, RB Frank Gore, and potential CB Darrelle Revis (if the Patriots don’t pick up his option or re-sign him) as potential free agent targets for the Bills.
Broncos
- Joel Corry of CBS Sports believes there is a chance that veteran TE Owen Daniels could once again follow Gary Kubiak to his next coaching job and sign with the Broncos.
- Another potential target for the Broncos this offseason could be Texans RT Derek Newton, according to Corry.
Falcons
Joel Corry of CBS Sports writes that the Falcons could target Seahawks CB Byron Maxwell in free agency and pair him with Desmond Trufant next season.
The Falcons are expected to hire Dan Quinn next week and he has spent the past few years working directly with Maxwell.
- Other potential free agent targets for the Falcons, according to Corry include: TE Jordan Cameron, OLB Brian Orakpo, and RB Justin Foresett.
