- Jason Cole of B/R reports that Cowboys DE Greg Hardy continues to debate whether to sue the NFL or accept the four-game suspension he received following an arbitrator’s ruling.

Grossi mentions that Northcutt was an inordinately major “player” during the 2014 season for the Browns and a confidante of Farmer. However, Northcutt was reportedly also a “thorn in the side of Mike Pettine’s coaching staff.”
Sources have told Grossi that Northcutt was the recipient of Farmer’s in-game texting that led to him facing a four-game suspension. Although, a separate source tells Grossi that this is “absolutely false.”
Grossi won’t go as far to say that the decision to part ways with Northcutt is a turning point in the relationship between Farmer and Pettine, but it’s also “not insignificant.”
