The Oakland Raiders announced Friday that they’ve signed P Colby Wadman to a contract.
Wadman will get the opportunity to compete with Marquette King this summer.
Wadman wound up going undrafted out OC Davis last year but took part in the Raiders and Colts’ minicamps on a tryout basis. Unfortunately, he wasn’t signed to a contract by either team, so this is his first opportunity with an NFL team.
During his collegiate career, Wadman appearing 34 total games and was named a three-time All-Big Sky Conference Honorable Mention. Over his four-year career, Wadman recorded 182 punts, a 40.2-yard gross average and 57 of them inside his opponents’ 20-yard line.
