Pro Football Talk reports that the Chicago Bears have agreed to terms with free agent DL Israel Idonije.
- Albert Breer reports that Idonije receives a one-year deal.
Idonije visited with the Bears on Monday and previous reports mentions that a reunion was a possibility.
Idonije, 33, signed with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Manitoba back in 2003. He spent nine seasons with the Bears before signing a one-year contract with the Lions in 2013.
Last year, Idonije was limited to playing just 347 snaps and appearing in 15 games. He season ended after he suffered a neck injury and was placed on injured reserve. He totaled 11 tackles and a half sack for the Lions last year.
