Mike Rodak of ESPN reports that the Bills brought in three defensive linemen for workouts this week including Jerel Worthy, Kelcy Quarles and Toby Johnson.
Buffalo ultimately elected to sign Worthy to their practice squad Tuesday afternoon.
Quarles, 23, signed with the Giants as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina back in May. However, he lasted just a few months with the Giants before he was cut at the start of the season and later claimed off of waivers by the Patriots.
Since then, Quarles has had brief stints with the Colts and Browns.
Last year, Quarles appeared in two games and recorded one tackle, one saack and a pass defense.
Johnson, 24, wound up signing on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia following this year’s draft. He was among the Titans’ early roster cuts, but later signed on to the Jaguars’ practice squad before being released just a week later.
During the preseason, Johnson appeared in two games for the Titans and recorded seven tackles.
