Pughsley, 24, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Akron back inย May of last year.ย He lasted just a few months in Dallas before he was waived with the injury designation.
The Chiefs later signed him to their practice squad a few months into the 2014 season, and elected to bring him back on a future/reserve deal last December.
Pughsley was unfortunately among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason, but he was later added to their practice squad.
Pughsley has yet to appear in an NFL game.
