Update:
Ian Rapoport offers some more suggestions regarding which teams could have interest in free agent WR Roddy White after he was released earlier in the day.
According to Rapoport, the teams to watch for White include the Buccaneers, Titans and Raiders.
All three of these teams have ties to White based on the fact that their offensive coordinators have previously spent time with White in Atlanta.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Media, one team to keep an eye on for recently released WR Roddy White is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
- Rapoport points to White’s ties to new HC Dirk Koetter, who was previously the Falcons’ offensive coordinator a few years ago.
Josina Anderson received a text from White saying that he still wants to play another year or two.
White is coming off of a disappointing 2015 season with the Falcons, and clearly was a bad fit in their new offensive scheme.
While this and his age are concerns, it’s unlikely that he would command much in terms of salary and signing him wouldn’t factor into a team’s 2017 compensatory picks.
On top of that, the receiver free agent crop is actually pretty limited, which could lead to White garnering more interest than some may assume.
White, 34, was enteringย the third year of his four-year, $30 million contractย when the Falcons released him in a move thatย freed up $2,362,500 in cap space.
In 2015, White appeared in all 16 games for the Falcons and caught 43 passes for 506 yards receiving and a touchdown.ย Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No.ย 105ย receiver out of 119 qualifying players.
