Eagles Free Agent OL David Molk Retires From NFL

Eagles restricted free agent OL David Molk announced that he’s retiring from the NFL on Friday, according to Adam Schefter.

Molk, 27, was taken in the seventh round of the 2012 NFL draft by the Chargers. He lasted just over a year in San Diego before he was waived and later signed to a future/reserve contract by the Eagles back in January of 2014.

His 2015 season ended in mid-September after he sustained a torn biceps and was subsequently placed on season-ending injured reserve.

In 2015, Molk appeared in one game for the Eagles.
