49ers Are Preparing To Make A “Strong Push” To Re-Sign Josh Morgan

Matt Borrows of the Sacramento Bee reports 49ers are expected to make a “strong push” towards re-signing WR Josh Morgan in the coming days.

Borrows mentions that the 49ers front office believes in Morgans overall ability and feels that he average numbers have more to do with the “49ers’ lackluster passing attacks than they are Morgan’s ability.”

Jacksonville is said to have interest in signing him if he becomes available and there could be added interest on the open market for other team’s so it’s really in the 49ers best interest to move quickly if they would like to have him back next season.
