The San Francisco 49ers officially placed DE Damontre Moore on injured reserve with a fractured forearm and promoted DE Jeremiah Valoaga to their active roster.
The 49ers also signed DL Alex Barrett to their practice squad.

Moore, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Giants back in 2013. He lasted over two years in New York before he was waived and later claimed by the Dolphins.
Since then, Moore has played for the Raiders, Seahawks and Cowboys and even had a stint in the AAF. He signed on with the 49ers back in April but has been on and off of their roster ever since.
In 2019, Moore appeared in two games for the 49ers and recorded five tackles, a forced fumble and no sacks.
