AFC East Notes: Dolphins, Jets, Patriots

Dolphins

• Utah QB Troy Williams is working out for the Dolphins on Friday. (Ian Rapoport)
• Barry Jackson reports that the Dolphins are hosting Georgia CB Deandre Baker and Tulane CB Donnie Lewis for pre-draft visits.

Jets

• Texas A&M running back Trayveon Williams will work out privately for the Jets. (Aaron Wilson)
• Jets claimed WR/KR Quadree Henderson off waivers from Giants. (NFLTR)

Patriots

• According to Ben Volin, the Patriots new restructured deal with DE Michael Bennett will pay him $7 million – $8.5 million in 2019, which is up from $6.2 million – $7.2 million. Bennett’s cap figure was reduced from $7.2 million to $6.5 million.
• In 2020, Bennett will now make $7 million – $8.25 million, which is down from $7.5 million -$8.5 million. His cap number increases from $8.2 million to $10.25 million.
• The Patriots signed OT Cedrick Lang to a one-year, $500,000 contract that includes a $5,000 signing bonus. (Mike Reiss)
• Tom Pelissero reports that UNC-Charlotte G Nate Davis had a private workout for the Patriots.
