Texans

Titans

According to Doug Kyed, the Patriots raised their offer for WR Adam Humphries on Tuesday afternoon after he agreed to terms with the Titans on a four-year, $36 million contract.

New England’s offer included more money per year and a higher guarantee, but Humphries stayed committed to the Titans.

โ€œOnce I committed to Tennessee I was really excited to be a Titan, and I still am,” Humphries said via Jim Wyatt of the team website.

Paul Kuharsky reports the Titans have “zero” concerns about Humphries backing out.
