Ahman Green Planning On Making Comeback

Former Packers RB Ahman Green mentioned that he’s planning on making a comeback.

I’ve got at least five years left in me to play football,” said Green, 35. Green says he’s willing to play special teams to get a look. “Just put me anywhere,” said Green, via FOX Sports Wisconsin. “I’m a football player first. … If a team wants to call me and show serious interest, I’ll be ready.”

Green last played for the CFL’s Montreal Alouettes and wound up calling it a career last year. It’s hard to imagine an NFL team even considering him at this point. Tiki Barber found no interest last year, so there’s almost no chance Green would be able to do so, even if he’s willing to play special teams.
