John McClain of the Houston Chronicle mentioned that he expects Texans WR Andre Johnson to sit out Week 8’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, via Pro Football Talk Live.
Johnson has been dealing with a hamstring injury for a number of weeks now but it’s more important for them to have him healthy in the coming weeks than against Jaguars in Week 8. Johnson mentioned yesterday that he’s not going to return until he feels comfortable on the field. Houston has Johnson listed as a game-time decision but that seems to be wishful thinking at this point.
