Bears Announced Four DB Moves

The Bears announced on social media that they have signed defensive backs William Wright and Brandon Hill.

The team is also waiving defensive backs K.C. Eziomume and Gervarrius Owens in corresponding moves.

Owens, 26, was a seventh-round pick by the Giants out of Houston back in 2023.

The team waived him before signing him back to the practice squad and releasing him.

From there, Owens caught on with the Titans and appeared in two games before later signing a future/reserve deal.

He had a brief stint with the Vikings before making his way onto the Bears’ practice squad and signing another futures deal.

In 2024, Owens appeared in two games for the Titans but recorded no stats.
