Brad Biggs reports that the Chicago Bears have released their latest depth chart which has WR Johnny Knox listed as the teams second-string X receiver behind Roy Williams.
The second-string X receiver will end up being the teams number four wide receiver which makes it unlikely that he’ll see the field unless it’s a four-wide receiver set.
Knox has brilliant speed but has come under scrutiny for his route running and catching ability. Last year, the chemistry between Knox and QB Jay Cutler looked like it needed some work but moving him down to the teams number four-wide receiver isn’t going to help his development.
