The Chicago Bears officially WR Shaq Roland on injured reserve Monday after he passed through waivers unclaimed.
Roland, 24, wound up signing on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of South Carolina back in May. The Bears waived him with an injury designation last week.
During his three-year college career at South Carolina, Roland caught 56 passes for 891 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns over the course of 29 games.
