Levin, 26, is a former sixth-round pick by the Titans out of Chattanooga in 2017. He signed a four-year, $2.5 million rookie deal but was waived coming out of the 2019 preseason.
He signed on with the Broncos’ practice squad to start the season. Chicago signed him to their active roster later in the year but he did not appear in any games for the team.
In 2018, Levin played in all 16 games for the Titans and made one start.
