Bears Worked Out OL Alex Officer

According to Aaron Wilson, the Chicago Bears brought in OL Alex Officer for a workout recently but didn’t sign him to a contract following the session.

Officer, 22, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh back in May. However, he lasted just a few weeks in Oakland before he was cut loose.

During his four-year college career, Officer appeared in 51 games and made 48 starts at center and guard. He was selected to play in the 2018 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl.
