According to Adam Schefter, the Bengals have told G John Miller they plan to release him.
Miller was a starter at guard for Cincinnati last season after signing in free agency.
Per Over The Cap, releasing Miller frees $2.6 million in cap space while creating $2.6 million in dead money.
Miller, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Bills back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year rookie contract and signed a three-year $16.5 million deal with the Bengals last year.
In 2019, Miller started 13 games for the Bengals at guard and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 52 guard out of 80 qualifying players.
