Rose, 26, signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of New Mexico State in 2016. He was cut after just a week, however, and caught on with the Colts until the end of the preseason when he was waived again.
Rose has spent the past three seasons in the CFL. In 2019, he played in all 18 games for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and led the league with nine interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown. In 2018, he had five interceptions for the B.C. Lions.
