The Cincinnati Bengals announced Saturday that they’ve waived LB Brandon Bell and WR Charles Holland.
The Bengals also signed three tryout players including Temple WR Ventell Bryant, Citadel LB Noah Dawkins and Maine LB Sterling Sheffield.
Bell, 24, signed on with the Bengals an undrafted free agent out of Penn State back in 2017. Cincinnati waived him coming out of the preseason before re-signing him to their practice squad.
The Bengals eventually called up Bell to their active roster in December.
In 2018, Bell appeared in six games and recorded two tackles for the Bengals.
