Willis, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Troy back in 2019. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.71 million contract with the Bengals and managed to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason.
However, the Bengals elected to waive Willis last year and he was on and off of their roster.
In 2019, Willis appeared in 10 games for the Bengals and caught nine passes for 82 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
McKenzie, 23, is a former sixth-round pick of the Chiefs back in 2018. He signed a four-year, $2.6 million contract with Kansas City, but was waived coming out of the preseason last year.
McKenzie later signed on to the Seahawks’ practice squad and spent the entire year on their taxi squad before returning to Seattle during the offseason. Unfortunately, he was waived not long after.
At the University of Tennessee, McKenzie played on defense and recorded 72 tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble and two passes defended over the course of three seasons and 31 games.
