The Buffalo Bills officially released DT Robert Thomas from injured reserve with a settlement on Tuesday.
Thomas, 28, originally signed on with the Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of Arkansas in 2014. He was on and off of the practice squad during his rookie season before signing on to the Seahawksโ practice squad at the start of the 2015 season.
Thomas had brief stints with the Patriots, Dolphins, Panthers and Giants before signing on with the Bills last year. He returned to Buffalo on a futures contract but was recently placed on injured reserve with a knee injury.
In 2018, Thomas appeared in two games for the Bills but did not register a stat.
