Harold, 25, is a former third-round pick of the 49ers back in 2015. He was traded to the Lions last year for a conditional seventh-round pick in 2020.
Harold played out the final year of his four-year, $3.071 million contract and was testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
In 2018, Harold appeared in 13 games for the Lions and recorded 10 tackles, four sacks and a pass defense.
