Adam Schefter reports that Buffalo Bills have signed K Dan Carpenter.
Carpenter, 27, had a work out scheduled with the Browns for tomorrow, but an injury to Dustin Hopkins clearly impacted the Bills decision to get a deal done now.
Carpenter has already been on three different rosters (Dolphins, Cardinals and Jets) this offseason, but given the Bills current situation, it appears as though he’ll get a real shot to be their kicker this season.
