The Buffalo Bills announced Monday that they’ve signed QB Joe Webb to a contract and released S Colt Anderson.
Webb, 30, is a former sixth-round pick of the Vikings back in 2010. After four years in Minnesota, Webb signed a two-year deal with the Panthers and has served as a receiver and a backup quarterback.
Carolina brought Webb back on a two-year contract back in March of 2016 before releasing him this past weekend.
In 2016, Webb appeared in 14 games for the Panthers.
