The Buffalo Bills announced Thursday that they’ve signed WR/KR Ray-Ray McCloud to their practice squad and released WR Jordan Veasy from the unit.

- DE Eddie Yarbrough
- RB Christian Wade (International)
- TE Nate Becker
- QB Davis Webb
- DT Vincent Taylor
- LB Nate Hall
- WR Nick Easley
- DE Wyatt Ray
- WR/KR Ray-Ray McCloud
McCloud, 23, is a former sixth-round pick of the Bills back in 2018. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2.6 million contract when he was waived by the Bills coming out of the preseason.
The Panthers claimed McCloud off of waivers soon after before waiving him on Tuesday.
In 2019, McCloud has appeared in six games for the Panthers and totaled 174 kick return yards and 82 punt return yards.
