Bills TE Logan Thomas recently underwent knee surgery and will miss the remainder of the spring as a result, according to Mike Rodak.
However, this implies that Thomas should be back with the team for the start of training camp, which is obviously good news.
Thomas, 26, is a former fourth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2014. He lasted just over a year in Arizona before he was waived and later claimed by the Dolphins.
Thomas is in the third yearย hisย four-year, $2,652,092 rookie contract when the Dolphins waived him back in June and he was later claimed by the Giants. He had a brief stint with the Lions afterย he made the decision to convert to tight end and he later caught on with the Bills.
Buffalo re-signed Thomas to a one-year, exclusive rights contract this offseason.
In 2017, Thomas appeared in 12 games for the Bills and caught seven passes for 67 yards receiving and one touchdown.
