Broncos Designate WR Tim Patrick To Return From Injured Reserve

The Denver Broncos have designated WR Tim Patrick as one of their two players to return from injured reserve, according to

This officially opens a three-week window of time for Patrick to practice with the team before Denver will need to add him to their active roster.

Patrick, 25, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Utah back in 2017. He was waived by Baltimore a few months later and claimed off of waivers by the 49ers.

San Francisco waived Patrick coming out of the preseason and he caught on with the Broncos soon after. He returned to Denver on an exclusive rights contract during the offseason, but was placed on injured reserve with a hand injury a few months ago.

In 2018, Patrick appeared in all 16 games for the Broncos and caught 23 passes for 315 yards and one touchdown.
