Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Denver Broncos are promoting S Josh Bush from their practice squad on Wednesday.
This comes just a week after the Broncos placed S Quinton Carter on season-ending injured reserve.
Bush, 25, was taken in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the New York Jets. He was placed on waivers back in October and he later signed on to the Broncos’ practice squad.
Bush appeared in all 16 games during his first two years in the league, but he has been limited to playing in three games this season and recording just a single tackle.
