The Denver Broncos have promoted WR/KRย Kalif Raymond to their active roster on Friday, according to Mike Klis.
Klis says that Raymond will be the Broncos kick return for Week 13’s game against the Jaguars.
Raymond, 22, wound up signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Holy Cross back in May. He was unfortunately waived coming out of the preseason but the Broncos later signed him to their practice squad.
During his college career at Holy Cross, Raymond caught 155 passes for 1,683 yards receiving and 14 touchdowns. He also contributed 103 yards rushing and a touchdown on the ground.
As a kick returner, Raymond totaled 1,809 yards and two touchdowns over the course of four seasons. Also added 464 punt return yards and a touchdown.
