The Cleveland Browns announced Saturday that they’ve activated TE David Njoku from injured reserve and elevate DT Joey Ivie to their active roster.
The Browns also signed DE Cameron Malveaux to their practice squad.
Hereโs the Browns updated practice squad:
- DB Elijah Benton

- T Michael Dunn
- QB Garrett Gilbert
- DB A.J. Green
- DB Robert Jackson
- RB Johnny Stanton
- RB John Kelly
- TE Kyle Markway

Njoku requested a trade of Cleveland this summer before changing his mind.
Njoku, 24, is a former first-round pick of the Browns back in 2017. He’s entering the fourth year of his four-year, $9.5 contract and stands to make a base salary of $1.76 million for the 2020 season.
The Browns picked up Njoku’s fifth-year option back in April that will cost them roughly $6 million for the 2021 season.
In 2020, Njoku has appeared in one game for the Browns and caught three passes for 50 yards receiving and one touchdown.
