The Browns announced Thursday that they’ve signedย RB Rajion Neal and FB Robert Hughes to contracts and waived FB Patrick Skov.
The Browns actually brought in Neal for a workout back in June, but didn’t sign him to a contract.
Neal, 24, originally signed on with the Packers as an undrafted free agent out of Tennessee back in 2014. He lasted just over a year in Green Bay before he waived at the start of last season.
After brief stints with the Dolphins and Raiders, the Steelers added him to their practice squad before bringing him back on a future/reserve contract. However, Pittsburgh elected to waived a few weeks after this year’s draft concluded.
Neal has yet to appear in an NFL game.
