The Cleveland Browns announced that they’ve signed TE Pharaoh Brown to their practice squad on Monday and released TE Pharoah McKever from the unit.

Brown, 24, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in May of last year. He was waived coming out of the preseason but was later signed to the Raiders’ practice squad.
Oakland eventually promoted Brown to their active roster late last season before once again releasing him at the start of the regular season.
In 2017, Brown was active for two games but did not catch a pass.
