The Browns announced Tuesday they have signed TE Jordan Franks and OT Timon Parris to the practice squad.
The team also released TE Kyle Markway to make room.

- DE Jalen Jelks
- K Matthew McCrane
- DB Montrel Meander
- WR Ryan Switzer
- DE Cameron Malveaux
- TE Jordan Franks
- OT Timon Parris
Parris, 24, went undrafted out of Stony Brook in 2018 before signing with Washington. He was cut by the team at the end of training camp and subsequently re-signed to the practice squad.
He was promoted to the active roster in December of 2018 and made his NFL debut. After being waived in 2019, he made his way back onto the practice squad but was again promoted to the active roster.
Washington waived Parris coming out of camp this year. He was claimed by the Falcons but waived again after a short time.
In 2019, Parris appeared in three games for Washington.
