The Cleveland Browns announced Wednesday that they’ve signed WR Jaelen Strong to a contract for the 2019 season.
Strong, 25, is a former third-round pick of the Texans back in 2015. He spent over two years in Houston before he was waived during the 2017 and later claimed off of waivers by the Jaguars.
Strong was on and off of the team’s roster before suffering a torn ACL towards the end of the 2017 season. Jacksonville later waived him last April.
In 2017, Strong appeared in two games for the Jaguars and caught three passes for 38 yards receiving and one touchdown.
