Browns Signing CB Donovan Olumba

The Browns are signing former Cowboys CB Donovan Olumba on Saturday, according to Aaron Wilson

Olumba, 24, signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Portland State back in May of 2018. He was among their final roster cuts coming out of the preseason and added to their practice squad.

Dallas re-signed him to a futures contract and signed him to their taxi squad once again in September of last year. The Cowboys promoted him in December and he finished the 2019 season on their active roster.

Olumba was waived a few days ago.

In 2019, he appeared in one game but did not record any statistics.

During his college career, Olumba appeared in 30 games and recorded 63 total tackles, 25 pass defenses, two fumble recoveries, six interceptions, and scored two defensive touchdowns, to go along with 13 punt returns for 143 yards and one touchdown.
