The Cleveland Browns brought in 11 free agents for workouts on Monday, according to Howard Balzer.
The full list of tryouts for the Browns includes:

Hall, 22, wound up going undrafted out of Missouri back in May. He later agreed to a three-year, $1.755 million contract with the Bears as a priority undrafted free agent.
Chicago waived Hall a few weeks into the preseason and he was later claimed by the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay waived him soon after and he had a brief stint on their practice squad.
During his college career at Missouri, Hall caught 97 passes for 2,016 yards receiving and 16 touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 32 games.
Decoud, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Texans back in 2017. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2,649,348 contract when the Texans waived him coming out of the preseason last year.
The Cowboys later signed Decoud to their practice squad before promoting him to their active roster. He returned to Dallas on a futures contract this past January, but was once again waived at the start of the regular season.
In 2017, Decoud appeared in 10 games for the Texans and recorded seven tackles, no interceptions and a pass defense.
