The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are activating LT Donovan Smith from the COVID-19 list on Tuesday, according to Rick Stroud.
Smith, unfortunately, came in contact with a family member who tested positive last week, which forced him to miss Sunday’s game against the Falcons.
Smith, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Buccaneers back in 2015. He played out the final year of his four-year, $6.068 million contract before agreeing to a three-year, $41.25 million contract with the Buccaneers last year that includes $27 million fully guaranteed.
In 2020, Smith has appeared in 13 games for the Buccaneers, making 13 starts for them at left tackle.
