The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially placed RB T.J. Logan on the COVID-19 list Friday.
The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.
Logan, 26, is a former fifth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2017. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.6 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $735,000 for the 2020 season.
The Cardinals elected to waive Logan coming out of the preseason last year and he was later claimed by the Buccaneers.
In 2019, Logan appeared in 12 games for the Buccaneers and rushed for 10 yards on three carries to go along with two receptions for 13 yards receiving and no touchdowns. He totaled 271 kick return yards and 124 punt return yards.
