The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Monday that they’ve officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent S Isaiah Johnson and OL Mike Liedtke to one-year contracts for the 2019 season.
Liedtke, 27, originally signed on with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Illinois State back in 2016. He had brief stints with the Chiefs, Jets and Browns before signing on to the Buccaneers’ practice squad towards the end of the 2016 season.
Tampa Bay brought him back on a future/reserve contract for the 2017 season and he’s been on and off of their roster ever since.
In 2018, Liedtke appeared in nine games for the Buccaneers, but did not make a start.
