The Tampa Bay Buccaneers officially waived WR Jhajuan Seales with an injury designation and signed WR Shaq Hill to a contract on Wednesday.
Should Seales pass through waivers unclaimed, he would revert to the team’s injured reserve list on Thursday.
Seales, 23, originally signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State following this year’s NFL draft but was cut loose close to a month ago. He later caught on with the Buccaneers a few weeks ago.
During his college career at Oklahoma State, Seales caught 112 passes for 1,785 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns over the course of 43 games.
