Buccaneers Willing To Bring Back TE Dallas Clark For “At Least” One More Year?

Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune reports that Buccaneers would like to bring back TE Dallas Clark for “at least” one more year.

I was certainly happy with the way Dallas Clark played this year. He played 16 solid games and he stayed healthy, which is what a lot of people’s concerns were,” said GM Mark Dominik.

Clark finished the season with 47 catches for 435 yards and four touchdowns, which is somewhat surprising given that many felt that he was washed up last year.

Cummings adds that the Buccaneers believe they have a “diamond in the rough” in DE Daniel Te’o-Nesheim who will be a restricted free agent in the coming months.

Dominik mentioned earlier in the week that he’s considering placing a second-round tender Te’O-Nesheim and might even be willing to use a first-round tender to prevent him possibly leaving.
