The Arizona Cardinals have signed former Chargers WR Dylan Cantrell to a contract on Monday, according to Field Yates.
Cantrell, 25, is a former sixth-round pick of the Chargers back in 2018. He signed a four-year, $2,616,844 contract that included a $156,844 signing bonus but was waived coming out of the preseason.
Cantrell was later re-signed to the Chargers’ practice squad. He spent the 2019 season on injured reserve before the Chargers declined to tender him a contract this offseason.
During his college career at Texas Tech, Cantrell caught 158 passes for 1,873 yards receiving and 18 touchdowns over the course of four seasons and 40 games. He also rushed for three yards and a touchdown.
