The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.
Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.
Johnson, 23, is a former sixth-round pick of the Cardinals back in 2019. He’s currently in the second-year of his four-year, $2.7 million contract with the Cardinals.
In 2019, Johnson appeared in 10 games for the Cardinals and caught 21 passes for 187 yards receiving and one touchdown. He also rushed for three yards on one carry.
